Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with SoothSayer. This policy outlines refund terms for subscriptions and purchases made via Razorpay. All prices are in INR.

2. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if both conditions are met:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase, AND
• Fewer than 3 predictions have been generated

No refunds after 7 days or after 3 predictions, whichever comes first.

3. Monthly Plan Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges and retain access until the period ends.

4. Credit Pack Refunds

Credit packs are non-refundable after any credits have been used. If no credits have been used, contact us within 48 hours for a discretionary refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@soothsayerai.in with your order ID and registered email address. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay within 5–10 business days.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time. Purchased credit packs are not affected by cancellation and never expire.

7. Exceptions

Duplicate charges and technical failures that consumed credits are always fully refunded. Contact us with order details and we will resolve promptly.
