1. Introduction

Welcome to SoothSayer (soothsayerai.in), an AI-powered prediction engine operated by an individual based in Jaipur, India. By accessing or using SoothSayer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

SoothSayer is an AI prediction platform where 8 specialist AI agents analyse any topic submitted by users, debate perspectives, and deliver structured predictions with probability ranges, scenarios, and charts. Predictions are generated using AI and are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SoothSayer. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

You may sign up using Google OAuth or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.

5. Plans and Pricing

SoothSayer offers the following plans (all prices in INR):

• Free: 1 prediction/month, verdict only
• Starter: ₹349/month or ₹3,350/year, 20 predictions
• Pro: ₹799/month or ₹7,670/year, 50 predictions
• Team: ₹2,999/month or ₹28,790/year, 200 predictions
• Credit Packs: 10 for ₹179, 50 for ₹699, 100 for ₹1,299

All payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices include applicable GST for Indian customers.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to: submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content; use predictions as financial, legal, medical, or professional advice; attempt to reverse-engineer the AI system; use automated bots without an API subscription; share account credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

Predictions generated for you are owned by you. The SoothSayer platform, methodology, agent system, and all underlying technology are the intellectual property of SoothSayer.

8. Disclaimer of Accuracy

AI predictions are probabilistic estimates based on available information. SoothSayer makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction. Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

SoothSayer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of predictions. You assume all risk for decisions made based on SoothSayer predictions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
