Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with SoothSayer. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we will issue refunds for subscriptions and one-time purchases made on SoothSayer.

2. Annual Plan Refunds

If you purchase an annual subscription (Starter Annual, Pro Annual, or Team Annual), you are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • Fewer than 3 predictions have been generated on the account since the purchase date.

No refunds will be issued after 7 days from purchase, or if 3 or more predictions have been made — whichever occurs first.

3. Monthly Plan Refunds

Monthly subscriptions (Starter Monthly, Pro Monthly, Team Monthly) are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of the current paid period.

4. Credit Pack Refunds

One-time credit pack purchases (10, 50, or 100 credits) are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used to generate a prediction. If you purchase a credit pack and have not yet used any credits, please contact us within 48 hours and we will consider a refund at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at:

Please include your order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email), your registered email address, and a brief reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings in the account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.

  • You will retain full access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time remaining in a billing period.

  • Credits from subscription plans that reset monthly will expire at the end of the period.

  • Purchased credit packs (one-time) are not affected by cancellation and never expire.

7. Exceptions

The following situations are fully refunded regardless of the above rules:

  • Duplicate charges — if you were billed more than once for the same plan or purchase due to a technical error.

  • Technical failures — if a prediction failed to complete, consumed a credit, and the credit was not automatically refunded by our system.

In either case, please contact us with your order details and we will resolve the issue promptly.

This policy was last updated on 25 March 2026. We reserve the right to update this policy with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
